Bald Mountain and Ghost Peak Huron Mountains Hike

Bald Mountain Huron Mountains, Fall Adventure

The Huron Mountains are one of the least visited places in the Upper Peninsula and for good reason. They are off the beaten path and pretty intimidating for the average tourist or average sightseeing person. The Huron Mountains are rugged and remote but do provide a sense of escape from civilization. The views from peaks that aren't in Huron Mountains Club property are accessible for the most part, some are on private property and may require permission to be on the land. Much of the land is CFR land which is private land but open to hunting and exploring under most instances. Photos are in no particular order of the hikes. Hope you enjoy some of the images from this adventure.
